Question for you Freddie how do you get your curls so perfect in one direction? they look so defined. Do you use a special comb to get them fire curls? I have curls too but it's more of like an afro cause my hair is thick. Also another thing I wanted to know was you say in the forum that you wash your hair every other night so say on a night you don't wash your hair do you put a moisturizer in the morning with the gel that was still in your hair the previous night? Okay my niggaz….Here’s what you need to get yo curlz fresh to death….point blank, bitches will bop, and niggaz will hate and jock, while at the same time ppl will think your mixed….real talk

But first let me say some things that you need to know b4 fuckin wit my curlz method:
1. I am 100% black, if you are mixed or do not have nappy hair DO NOT, follow my tips, it’s for your own good.
2. Curls require hella maintatince, don’t think u will get them lookin clean in 5 min, get ready to sacrifice at least 20 min. of your mornings some days.
3. Do not get curls if you have not been growin ur ish for less than 2 and a half months, trust me, your hair is 2 short and will look much better if you wait.
4. Don’t get on this damn site everyday day, this site will make you want to rush the process, lol, real talk bro.
5. Every one’s hair is diff, so your curls will look a lil diff. than the next niggaz, so don’t trip if you don’t have that perfect curl all around your head.
6. Your goal is not to look like a nigga that put a scurl in his head, but as a man that has sum good ass hair, to the point where you could actually pass for Dominican or sum10, that’s when you kno u have a good ass curl.

Okay now here we go

Step 1: Growth:

Like I said before, do not even put a text to your head if you aint at least been growin your hair for at least 2 and a half months. Trust me the results from just one month can be amazing.

Now the good length for your hair should be an inch and a half, if its not homie don’t rush that shit, cus if you do ur shit WILL LOOK WACK. Patience will take your hair a long way.

Step2: Texturizing:

This is the most important part of a good curl…a good text. I have seen both good and bad texts done, so I know wat I am talking about, because if you do a text right, you could just walk around with a curly ass fro with no jel and still look fresh to death bro. First let me start off with some DO NOT’S about texturizers in general:
1. DO NOT leave in for more than 35 min….PLEASE
2. DO NOT use a relaxer to get curls
3. DO NOT put another kit in without waiting at least 4 weeks
4. DO NOT leave in your hair less than 25 min* (I’ll explain in a min.)
5. THIS SHIT WILL BURN, So u better be ready.

Okay so with that said this is what I do and what nappy heads like me should do for the best text:
1. Get S-Curl Extra strength
2. Put Vaseline around entire hairline
3. Take your comb and stir the texturizer for 3 min. while it is still in the container (this helps the chemicals to activate to make sure it is at full strength, trust me this shit works)
4. Comb the text through the hair going backwards first
5. Once your entire head is white from combing it backwards start to comb it forward ( this makes sure the text is in good all over)
6. Once your hair has been combed forward comb it backwards one more time
7. If this is your first time txting LEAVE TXT IN HAIR FOR 25 MIN. (I know this may sound crazy to some but true black people need this time minimum to achieve those deep curls that are even all around the head, trust me)
8. If this is not your first time txting in a while LEAVE TXT IN HAIR FOR 30 MIN. ( this is why when I txt my hair, my curls hardly ever disappear, that extra 5 min. makes a hell of a difference)
9. Wash out with the given shampoo, and condition your hair twice.

AND THAT’S IT, THAT IS THE KEY TO THE PERFECT TXT, THAT IS THE HARDEST PART OF CURLS, SO CONGRATS U GOT THIS FAR!!!!

Step 3: Styling

This is by far the most underrated aspect of curls, to have fire looking curls you must know how to style, and this is applied EVERY MORNING. But first here are some general styling tips:
1. No matter what happens your curls will be fucked up when you wake up so be ready to do them.
2. Do NOT pick your hair in the moring unless you are rocking a fro that day, curlz hate pics, end of story.
3. Do NOT use s-curl styling spray, that shit does nothing but frizz your hair.
4. Condition your hair EVERY MORNING, conditioning dramatically loosens the curlz
5. Wash your hair EVERY OTHER NIGHT, do not wash in the morning because your hair will b more txted lookin than curly.

Okay so this is how you successfully put in curls:
1. Condition hair
2. Take Clear Ice Styling Gel and GENTLY massage all around your hair.
3. Completely wet your hair with water by taking handfuls of water and mimicking what you did with the gel, just do it with water.
4. Take another scoop of the gel and GENTLY massage all around your hair.
5. Do this process three times: Water, gel, water, gel, water, gel
6. But each time make sure you are using less gel to apply to the hair

Now I know that sounds like a shit load of gel but its really not because your balancing it out with the water, but you must make sure you do this process 3 times every time you put in your curls because the water loosens the curls while the gel holds it and this process makes sure that the gel is in evenly so it will look longer and when it hardens it will still have that wet look.

First let me just say you do not have to get your hair cut a certain way or shorter in the front for this style, all you need to do is simply brush down the very tips of your front curls after you have styled (make sure you dont brush down a lot, just a little) and then you literally gel that head onto your forehead so it looks like you have strands of vertical hair running down your forehead.After that take a comb and comb it all in one direction (to the left or the right doesnt matter). And thats how you get that baby hair look.It takes a lil practice but once u master it, that shit is fire and makes u really look like ur hair is just good.


Step 4: Maintenance

Now since you are putting all this gel in your hair and conditioning and washing your hair so frequently you are going to put something into your hair EVERY NIGHT to make sure you do not dry out your scalp.
